SNAREOBICS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All content published on the Snareobics app is created and owned by Snareobics and is protected by copyright law. Any attempt to reproduce the content without consent will result in prosecution

       

• You must be the sole user of your Snareobics account. We ask subscribers not to share any material with non-subscribers

 

•  Certain exercises within Snareobics contain established snare drum techniques (paradiddles, flams, drags, rolls etc.) Any similarities to existing exercises are purely Co-incidental

 

• The subscriber is responsible for their account and password. Any security breach resulting from the subscriber sharing this information, intentionally or otherwise, will not be the responsibility of Snareobics

 

• Under 16’s must gain consent of a parent, guardian or carer before paying the subscription fee. Snareobics will not refund any subscriptions due to payments made without specific consent. More information on data protection can be found in our Privacy Policy

• Snareobics reserves the right to terminate your contract at any time

 

• Snareobics will notify the subscriber of any changes to the site within a reasonable time frame

 

• Snareobics reserves the right to change or cancel the service, temporarily or permanently, without notice

 

• Your subscription will last for 1 year from date of purchase. It will automatically renew on the same date the following year, when Snareobics will take your subscription from the same account. You must notify Snareobics if you wish to cancel your subscription at least 7 days before your annual renewal

 

• You must notify Snareobics immediately of any changes to your bank details or payment methods

• Snareobics will notify you of any changes to the function of the app or subscription costs as soon as possible

 

• Snareobics cannot guarantee against occasional disruption to the site. In the event of disruption, Snareobics will endeavour to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. The consumer will not be eligible for a refund in the event of temporary disruption. For any disruption lasting longer than 6 months, the subscriber will be refunded 50% of their annual subscription. In the event of disruption lasting 12 months or longer, the subscriber will be entitled to a refund of 100% of their annual subscription

 

• The financial liability of Snareobics for any claims against the app will be limited to a) A full refund of 1 years subscription to any existing subscriber b) £100 if the claimant is not a paid-up subscriber.
